IRise Conmed Shoulder Visitation Program at MIOT International

It was a pleasure mentoring a group of talented surgeons for IRise Conmed Shoulder Visitation Program at MIOT International Hospital, Chennai and share my expertise in complex shoulder and elbow surgeries.

Over the course of three days, we delved into a variety of challenging cases
Arthroscopic Cuff repair
Arthroscopic Transosseus Cuff repair
Arthroscopic Bankart repair and Remplissage
Arthroscopic posterior Labral repair
Proximal humerus bone grafting and Suture plate
Elbow Terrible triad management

It was a privilege to witness the dedication and passion of these young surgeons as they honed their skills and expanded their knowledge.

I am grateful to Dr Prithvi Mohandas, MD, MIOT International, for providing approval for the program and to Conmed, Mr Muthukrishnan for arranging the visitation.

The program was a valuable learning experience for all involved, and I am confident that the trainees will carry forward the lessons learned to enhance their practice and deliver exceptional care to their patients. I look forward to seeing the impact of this program as these surgeons continue to grow and develop in the field of Shoulder Elbow surgery.
